If you didn’t, then you need to be checked out as soon as possible, not only for your health, but for any type of insurance claims that you will have to take care of the in the days ahead. Some things that you need to look out for after an auto accident are of course, headaches, blurry vision, or any type of dizziness when you stand. If you have back or neck pain that cannot be relieved with what the doctor prescribed you need to get back in touch with your doctor. Once you are released by the emergency room physician, you need to call and make a follow up appointment with your family doctor for as soon as possible. Being in an auto accident, no matter how mild you think it was, is not to be taken lightly. You should get in touch with a medical professional right away, just to be on the safe side.
